Here
in New London we like to encourage player input where
we can.
Because
of this, we've provided our players with a system
by which they can submit their own locations, spells,
bloodlines etc, and allow other players to use them
for their characters.
Extra
Destiny Points may be awared to players who have obviously
spent a lot of time and effort coming up with a new
Bloodline, new Locations etc.
