Character Database section allows you to submit a
character, view another person's profile or sheet,
edit your own profile and draw cards.

User Submissions section allows you to submit your
own 'homecooked' Spells, Preternature and Bloodlines
to the game, or add your own locations to the city,
as well as view existing material that you can use.

Rules and Guidelines section contains all the Character
Creation Guidelines, Posting Guidelines and House
Rules you need to create your character, as well as
